Dr Anthony Oliver is a Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon providing comprehensive specialist care to Sydney’s Inner West and Wollongong, including services at Wollongong Private Hospital.
Anthony has lectured both nationally and internationally and published in refereed (peer-reviewed) journals on subjects including facial trauma, oral malignancy, bone graft augmentation, implant surgery and oral medicine. In addition to this he was invited to be a Member of Faculty at the Advanced Facial Trauma program in Davos, Switzerland. Further, he was awarded the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons Medal for “Best Result” in the Special Field Examination for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr Oliver is interested in orthognathic (corrective jaw) surgery, disorders of the TMJ and implantology (including bone grafting for the atrophic ridge and sinus lift surgery) as well as in the management of medically compromised patients.
